NAKAGAWA Masaharu, Secretary-General of the Japanese Parliamentary Committee for the World Federation, said in his opening remarks that although the International Organization for Migration (IOM) was not yet well known in Japan, he wanted to express his gratitude to the IOM for its various activities to support the immigration and settlement of foreign nationals in Japan.
