\u201cRecognizing, as noted, that multilateralism is in crisis is certainly correct. But conversely, I believe this is also a new opportunity for the United Nations.
\nNow is an excellent time to push forward with reorganization and reconstruction of the UN, so that we can once again build a \u2018United Nations that truly works\u2019\u2014one that is effective and highly valued by all countries. A crisis can also be a turning point; it is important that we seize it.
