Dr. Ibrahim Gambari, who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, later served as Nigeria’s ambassador to the United Nations for ten years and became Africa’s first Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Department of Political Affairs, held a consultation meeting with members of the National Diet of Japan on November 9, 2023 in the First Parliamentary Building of the House of Representatives.
